Mr. Dylan was born into a family of ministers. His parents and all four of his grandparents were either teachers or pastors. He has always sought to do God’s work and has gone on many mission trips around the world, including Peru, Ecuador & Kenya. His longest, and most recent trip was to the island of Kosrae, Micronesia, where he taught math and science for grades 5-11 for a year. When he can find spare time, he spends it doing one of a plethora of hobbies that he enjoys. They range from auto mechanics to gardening, woodworking, ornithology, backpacking, and caring for his half-a-dozen fish tanks. Following his passion for nature he got his bachelor’s in biology with a minor in math. He’ll soon be done with his master’s in teaching. If he can find anear to listen, he will point out anything he can about God’s creation. Mr. Dylan sees nature as one of God's favorite ways to teach us about His character.

DENISE SANDERSON

Teacher's Aide (Grades 7-10)

Mrs. Denise was born into a military family in Austin, Texas, and spent much of her childhood traveling. As an adult she moved to Phoenix, Arizona and started a family there.

Mrs. Denis worked for the Arizona conference for 17 years as the Director of the Community Service Center. Following her husband's retirement in 2022, she moved to a beautiful home in Linden, TN, along with her granddaughter and grandkids. While visiting the Hohenwald SDA church she heard about CCA's homeschool day. She began attending weekly with her granddaughter and became really impressed with the school, engaging with the kids there and growing fond of each one and their unique personalities.

Mrs. Rebekah finds it a blessing to now work with these wonderful kids daily and watch them grow in Christ as they gain a quality education.
